You do not need to provide photographs when exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.

Photographs help us process claims, but we will arrange another way to assess the issue if photographs are unavailable.

3. Refunds

For statutory withdrawals, we will refund the payments required by law, including applicable standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification.

For refunds under our additional 30-day policy, we will process approved refunds within 14 days.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.

4. Return Shipping

We do not require physical returns for approved refunds. Customers do not need to pay return shipping.

5. Order Cancellations

If your order has already been dispatched, your applicable statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
